Return Policy:
Project Pomona Offers Customers a "30-Day Return Policy"
Project Pomona prides itself on a high quality products and goods. Because it is understandable that you may have to return something for a variety of reasons there is a 30-day return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it within 30 days and Project Pomona will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. All items must have their original tags in place and be in unworn, unused and undamaged condition.
In order to return an unused item, you will need to send an email to meghan@projectpomona.com, provide your order number, reason for return, items being returned, and request a Return Authorization.
All refunds will be for merchandise only, Project Pomona cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. Project Pomona will issue a refund once merchandise has been received. Project Pomona is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Shipping Policy:
When completing your order, you will be presented with shipping options. Delivery charges are based on the total merchandise shipped to an individual address. Standard shipping starts at $4.00; additional items add $1.00 per item. (Canada $6.50/$1.50 respectively). Your final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at check-out. If any shopping cart ( Etsy Shop or Project Pomona) does not calculate the correct amount, a refund will promptly and gladly be issued...no worries! Once payment has been received, a shipping notification including a tracking number will be emailed in 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday). If order volume is high, an email will be send updating you on your estimated ship date.
Items are 'simply' mailed in efforts to reduce packaging waste. Know they are made and sent with love and care even though there are no frills with the packaging. Also, please refer to your emailed invoice as you will not receive a paper invoice with your items.
